Polenta is made from stone ground corn kernels and is a super versatile food which can be used as a healthy gluten free replacement for many gluten containing dishes. This polenta is a medium grain and is made from 100% NZ grown Maize grown on the East Coast of the North Island.
Polenta can be prepared easily and then used as a base for loads of both sweet and savoury dishes.
